In 1996 the group broadened its activities into specialist niche markets with the formation of Mohair Spinners South Africa - MSSA. This development allowed the group to offer a greater choice of raw material supply to manufactures that use the mohair fibre. Situated in the centre of the world's main mohair producing region, MSSA offers a range of high quality worsted and fancy mohair and mohair-blended yarns for specialist use. With the considerable benefits of producing at origin, it is our goal to promote and raise awareness of South Africa's 'Diamond Fibre' to weavers and knitters around the world.
